Dla każdej z konstrukcji jest wykonywany projekt techniczny wraz z obliczeniami statystycznymi, z uwzględnieniem lokalizacji inwestycji pod względem stref wiatrowych i śniegowych. Wymagane jest również przeprowadzenie prób wyrywania oraz określenie wartości zagłębienia odpowiedniego dla danych warunków glebowych.
